Zoroastrians of Birmingham Event, 13 Sept, 4pm – 7pm

Zoroastrians of Birmingham are organising a Jashan and Pateti (Parsi New Year) celebrations on Saturday 13th September 2014 at 4.00 p.m. at the Community Hall on the Balaji Temple site.

This function is a fitting opportunity to celebrate the first anniversary of the unveiling of the Tata steel Farohar on the Zoroastrian Parsi Hill.

There will be a traditional prayer ceremony called the JASHAN. It is a prayer of Thanksgiving and will be performed by our Head Priest of the UK and Europe, ERVAD RUSI BHEDWAR. He will be assisted by ERVAD JIMMY MADON.

If you are interested in attending this unique Jashan at the Balaji Temple and/or interested in the meal after please email minipoch@hotmail.com by 6th September 2014.
